WHMC offer adventure training for children and students. We train them for several sports such as mountaineering training, trekking training and skiing training. WHMC provide wide range of exciting adventurous courses to children that are exciting as well as unforgettable adventure tour. The training provided by WHMC give a chance to the children to explore the natural world.

DAY I
On Arriving , welcome drink will be served, tents, sleeping bags, mattress will be issued, After Lunch environment walk will be conducted, 8.30 to 9.30 Dinner, and 10 PM go to sleep

DAY 2
Wake up call at 6:30 AM, Bed Tea and 7:45AM morning assembly. Morning prayer and briefing about the whole tour programme and its importance. 8:30 AM – Breakfast. 9AM Brief information on temples and Buddhist Monasteries and then leave for the local sight seeing Viz. Hadimba Temple (to study the Pagoda style temple constructed in 1553AD), Manu Temple through Manali Village to study the typical architect of Himalayan houses and back to the Town through the forest. Pack Lunch in the forest and after noon visit Buddhist monasteries. Evening free to visit Manali Town. Back to the camp by 7 PM. 7:30 PM lecture on Hiking, Hill Walking and Trekking. 9PM---Dinner,

DAY 3
Wake up call at 6:30AM, Bed tea,7:45 AM morning assembly. Morning prayer and lecture on the Problems of Trekkers their importance in day to day Trekking.8:30AM Breakfast.-9 AM- Briefing on clothing & equipment and then leave for day hike/trek to Jogini Water Fall, and to watch bird & mountain flowers, with pack lunch. Back to the camp by 5 PM. Evening tea and 5:30PM introduction to the rock climbing equipment and rope Knot practice. 8:30 PM Dinner and retire.

DAY 4
Wake up call at 6:30AM, Bed tea and 7:45AM morning assembly. Morning prayer and lecture about Adventure sports and their importance. 8:30AM--Breakfast. Walk up to the rock climbing area. Physical description of the rock and rock climbing techniques. Practical training of climbing the rocks. Late lunch and relax for an hour or so. After evening tea Assemble for more knot practice required for rock rappelling and river crossing and sharing of experiences. 8:30PM Dinner. Bone fire with music.

DAY 5
Wake up call at 6:30AM, Bed tea and 7:45AM morning assembly. Morning prayer and lecture about camping, mountain ecology environment and mountain customs manners.8:30AM—Breakfast. Walk up to the rock climbing area. Demonstration about rappelling down from the rocks. Physical training of rock rappelling till late afternoon. Lunch at the camp and relax. After evening tea lecture about Map reading and practice till Dinner.9PM –Dinner and retire.

DAY 6
Wake up call at 6:30AM, Bed tea and 7:45AM: morning Assembly. Morning Prayer; Lectures on Local Customs and Manners. 8:30AM—Breakfast. River Crossing and then Leave for Local sight seeing and walking to Gyatri temple at Jagatsukh constructed by Pandvas about 5000years ago. Then to Naggar Castle and Roerich art gallery to see the beautiful water color painting of Roerich.(It was only because of the efforts of Nicholas Roerich that Red Cross pact was signed after Second World War where it was decided that no country will bomb the building with red cross Sign). Nehru also spent some time with Mr. Roerich during the Freedom Struggle of India. Afternoon free for shopping and packing. Dinner at 8:30PM. Campfire with music. Discussion on the whole programme and the feedback.

DAY 7
Wake up call at 6:30AM, Bed tea and 7:45AM morning Assembly. The departure lecture. 8:15 AM –Breakfast, 9AM Leave for Bilaspur. On the way, visit Kullu and Basheshar Mahadev temple at Bajoura, which is considered to be 7th Century old. Lunch on the way.
